If you have changed your security / privacy settings on Internet Explorer to not allow cookies, you will need to change that.  The test uses cookies to track who is logging into the test and making sure the data is valid in the database.

You can check / change this by following these instructions.

1) Open Internet Explorer and go to “Tools”, “Internet Options”.

2) Select "Privacy" tab.  If you have any setting selected other than "Low", you need to click on the "Edit" website button so you can add the Test site to allow cookies at that site only.

3) Type in the site: http://bqtest.org, and then click Allow.

4) Click Apply.  You are all set.

The other option is to temporarily reduce the privacy setting while you take the test, and then change them back after you complete the test.

Some Internet Security Software can lock you off the site.  You may need to suspend your Internet Security Software (like Norton Security Suite).  Each program is different, so I can’t tell you exactly how to do that.
