Thank you for your interest in certifying your officials.  In order to get your officials started on the certification process, we need you to set up your district (or individual church) so we can provide you with a log in and password.

Cost to each district is $5.00 per church or $100 per district.  This allows an unlimited number of officials per church to take the test.  Once you know how many churches you will have participating this year, simply fill out the form below, submit it and send your check or credit card number to:

After your form has been received, you will be notified by e-mail that your password has been activated and you can distribute the information to your churches.

Individual churches can also certify their officials.  Just follow the same procedure.
